The Manga Book Club will have its next meeting on Saturday, October 11, from 4:00 to 6:00 at the Mesquite North Branch Library, 2600 Oates Dr.
We have finished the Fahrenheit 451 project, and I am very pleased with the art that was turned in. If you still have something that needs finishing touches, get it to me by Wednesday, October 1, and I will pass it on. The artwork will be displayed in the Rehearsal Hall of the Mesquite Arts Center through the month of October.
We are going back to our regular format with this meeting--talking about books for the first hour and then watching anime episodes for the second hour. We will be starting the series Blood + at this meeting.
